Our aged care homes are comforting, welcoming places staffed by qualified and compassionate nurses and carers, dedicated to providing personalised care, every day. With approximately 1800 residents across multiple locations in Queensland and Melbourne, our aged care services are here to help those needing extra care, anytime of the day or night. Whether you're coming to live with us permanently, or for a short respite stay, our aged care services are here to help.

Are you eligible?

Anyone wanting to access funded aged care needs to apply through the Australian Government's My Aged Care program. You'll need to do an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) Assessment before we can welcome you. Not eligible? You may be able to access our private services.

Our homes are full of facilities to make you feel comfortable and well - whether that's relaxing in your room, connecting with others in the community lounge or garden, or having your hair done in an on-site salon.

Rooms

We have a range of single rooms with private en-suites or shared rooms to better suit couples or friends. All rooms have a 24/7 nurse call button, air conditioning and heating.

Health

Our homes all have 24/7 nurse call systems to provide you with immediate help and peace of mind. Our staff work with you closely to manage your medication and to provide any extra help you need.

Activities

From arts, crafts and music, through to trivia nights, puzzles, exercise classes, cooking groups and birthday parties, our aged care homes create activity programs based on residents' interests. Some homes have a bus to take you out in your local community.

Meals

We provide all your meals and snacks, prepared fresh and on-site every day. While our menu's often change to suit the seasons, the quality of ingredients and diversity of dishes remains.

Pets

You're able to bring your pet when you move into some of our aged care homes - please check with the home you're interested in to find out more. Some of our aged care homes also have their own pets - including rabbits, guinea pigs and budgies - and other aged care homes allow pets in for visits.
