Avocado Choc Mousse.
Ingredients
- 2 Avocados
- 4 Tablespoons honey or sweetener of choice
- 4 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 Teaspoons of vanilla extract
- Berries of your choice – we used raspberries!
Method
- Using a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Alternatively, electric hand beaters can be used
- Divide the mixture into four suitable bowls
- Chill in the fridge for an hour
- Serve topped with fresh raspberries for an added touch!
