We provide safe and affordable housing to eligible families, couples, individuals and seniors across Queensland.

With more than 2000 Queenslanders living in our 1100 homes, we're an experienced social housing provider. We offer our tenants stability, security and opportunity when they need it most.

What we do

Community housing

Low rent homes for disadvantaged people and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and have successfully applied for public housing through the Queensland Government.

Affordable living

Discounted rental properties for those on low to moderate incomes who need to live in a particular location, who've struggled to secure stable leases.

Disability accommodation

Built to high accessibility standards, these homes give NDIS participants peace of mind that where they choose to live will meet their needs.
