We are passionate about providing inclusive housing for all Queenslanders. Our disability accommodation offers eligible NDIS participants comfortable living spaces equipped with lifestyle enhancing features.
As a registered provider of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), our properties cater to individuals who require a residence with high levels of physical accessibility. Our disability homes include fixtures that provide greater physical support in addition to robust design elements that enhance functionality and livability.
A selection of our disability homes product are integrated into community housing developments, whilst others are stand-alone dwellings . Rent is calculated at 25% of the tenants disability support pension.
