Transition to adulthood

Helping you move toward independence

We help Queenslanders aged 15 and over successfully transition from foster care and into independence. Our leading transition programs are specially designed to provide additional care and support to young people, helping them connect with education and training, stable housing and more.

Our programs

We have a range of different programs across Queensland designed to help young people successfully exit care. These are funded by us, by government and through the support of caring investors and donors - you won't need to pay.

Youth CONNECT

We're helping 300 young people in Townsville, Logan/Gold Coast and Ipswich receive targeted support through this world-first social impact bond.
