Greek Almond Biscuits
Ingredients:
- 1 Egg White
- 1/3 Cup Castor Sugar
- 1 Cup Almond Meal
- Rolling Mixture
- ¾ Cup Almond Flakes put on a dinner plate for rolling
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180c.
- Grease and line a cookie tray with grease proof paper.
- Mix all ingredients, but not the flakes, together in a bowl, it may appear that it won’t come together but it will.
- Take tablespoons of mixture and roll into a ball, next roll into a log and roll into the almond flakes. Bring ends together, forming a crescent shape or the letter C.
- Lay on tray and put in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Cool on tray and when cold put into container if they make it that far!
