Moving to Support at Home.

The Department of Health & Aged Care has announced a new program in response to the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety. From 1 July 2025, the Support at Home program will replace the current Home Care Packages (HCP) program and the Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) program. Support at Home will include a clear list of services, making it easier to see what's available.
